These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Bartow Spaces, operated by JM Prop 3 LLC, 1590 N Park Ave, Bartow, FL 33830.
Program Description
Bartow Spaces sends text messages about your inquiry, reservation, and storage account. These include:
- Replies to your questions
- Reservation and move-in confirmations
- Payment reminders and payment links
- Balance, late, and lien notices
- Gate and access updates, maintenance notices, and weather alerts
- Promotional offers, only if you separately opt in to marketing texts
How You Opt In
You agree to receive texts in one of two ways:
- Rental agreement: by signing the Bartow Spaces rental agreement, which includes a Consent to Electronic Communications clause.
- Website: by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form or pop-up at bartowspaces.com.
- Asking our phone assistant to text you information during a call.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of renting a space.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and inquiries.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your rental agreement or change your obligations under it. Required notices will still be sent by mail or email.
